Life is crazy. Need I even say more? Between working endless hours making a living to pay for a life that you can barely experience, and doing things you actually enjoy, there’s almost no time left in the day. Having “me” time is crucial to remaining sane in this fast world, am I right? I’m happy to say that I’ve found solace and relaxation in my busy schedule and I have essential oils to thank for that.
Essential oils are great for everyday use including cooking, cleaning, water detoxes, soothing baths, aromatherapy and even medicinal uses. This bath recipe is absolutely phenomenal and I use Young Living pure essential oils for all of my relaxing moments. - 1 cup Epsom salts
- 3 drops Cedarwood essential oil
- 3 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 2 drops Lavender essential oil
Mix all of these ingredients into a hot bath and soak for around 20-30 minutes. Try not to fall asleep, though! It’s REALLY nice!
