Practicing Mindfulness And Experiencing FLOW

I have been actively practicing the art of mindfulness for the past two months and I can honestly say that I am incredibly happy with my results. Many people say that it’s difficult to start and it definitely can be depending on who you are. For me, it was a little rough in the beginning but it soon became second nature to me.

Now, I meditate every single day and am choosing to feel good all of the time because I realized that I don’t want to feel anything negative anymore. There have been a few times where I was presented with an opportunity where I was backed into a corner and almost chose to stumble back into a place I didn’t want to be. Instead, I took a deep breath and got myself through it with a true understanding of why it was happening and how I was reacting.

Life has been absolute Bliss for me and I am so excited to see what’s coming next in my journey. I am motivated, inspired and ready to create. And what’s absolutely amazing is that I found myself in FLOW.

On my birthday, EVERYTHING went right and I realized that it wasn’t just because it was my birthday. It was because I had been practicing gratitude, forgiveness and choosing to always feel good. When you are positive, you draw positive experiences and people to you and that is exactly what is happening for me now.

I am acknowledging these amazing things and am expressing my most sincere gratitude for all of it. Life is happening around me so that means I better get going.

Here’s to my future adventures and everything I will accomplish with this beautiful state of mind I’ve learned.
